Terms of Service | Lite ASO

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lite ASO ("the Service"), operated at liteaso.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lite ASO is an App Store Optimization platform that provides keyword tracking, competitor monitoring, category rank tracking, metadata optimization, AI-powered insights, and related analytics for mobile applications listed on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

The Service crawls publicly available app store data to generate rankings, trends, and recommendations. Data accuracy depends on the availability and accuracy of public app store information.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond its intended API
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
Share your account credentials with third parties
Use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without authorization

5. Subscription & Billing

The Service is currently in beta and available free of charge. When paid plans are introduced, the following terms will apply:

Paid subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user-generated content and third-party app store data), is the intellectual property of Lite ASO and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (e.g., metadata drafts, keyword lists). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for providing the Service.

7. Data & Accuracy

The Service provides keyword rankings, analytics, and recommendations based on publicly available app store data. We do not guarantee:

The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data
That keyword rankings or trends reflect real-time app store results
That following our recommendations will result in improved app store performance

App store data is collected from public sources and may be subject to delays or discrepancies. Use the data as a guide, not as a definitive source.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lite ASO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination:

Your access to the Service will be revoked
Your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless retention is required by law
Any outstanding obligations survive termination

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page and the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Lite ASO operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
